Ready to join our community? The roots Academy enrollment Process is designed to make sure that our learning environment is the right fit for your family.

We are currently accepting initial interest applications for children ages 4-11 for the 2024-2025 school year.
For questions concerning Jr/Sr Kindergarten and Lower / Upper Elementary Enrollment contact Jaclyn Gallo.
Step 2
Schedule Your Tour & Pay Application Fee
Cooperative Learning means we are going to be working closely with you and your child during the year. Let’s ensure we are a good fit! Please use the link below to schedule a time to tour of facilities. You will be required to pay your $50 application fee in order to schedule your tour.
Please do not submit an application as a means of inquiry. We are happy to answer questions prior to applying via email or a scheduled phone call.
Step 3
Complete Your Child’s Application
Teacher Recommendation Forms
Submit any outside evaluations or reports (Occupational Therapy, Speech, IEP, 504 Plan, etc.)
Step 4
Enrollment Invitation
Invitations are extended for your child to spend time in their prospective classroom.
Step 5
Deposit Payment
Receive notification of your child's enrollment status.
Please note: A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot, due within 1 week of your invitation to enroll.

It is important to us that children who want and need to be in our learning environment have the opportunity to participate. While space and current public health concerns limit our ability to reach numerous children, we are fundraising in order to be able to offer limited financial support to families in need.
