Enrollment Procedure

The application process for Roots Academy Enrollment will begin in October for the 2024 / 2025 academic year.

Initial Interest Application Available Online (All Programs): 8/1/2023

Full Application Available (Jr/Sr Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School): 12/1/2023

Enrollment Offers: Rolling, Beginning 1/22/2024

Timeline

The 2025/26 ADMISSIONS Process is now Open.

September - To arrange a private parent / child visit, please fill out the initial interest application online and our Director of Enrollment will reach out to schedule a time for visitation. Interested parties will be contacted to schedule a visit in the order their application was received.

October/November
Student and parent visits begin in October for Jr/Sr. Kindergarten and Elementary Applicants and continue throughout the winter and spring. To arrange a private parent / child visit, please fill out the initial interest application online and our Director of Enrollment will reach out to schedule a time for visitation.

December 1st - Full application available to students who have attended an in person visit or open house event.

January 10th - Completed applications are due on January 10 for first-round applicants. We will continue to accept applications on a rolling admission basis throughout the spring and summer until our program is full.

January 22nd - Admissions Decisions

Our Director of Elementary Education will notify first-round applicants of their status on January 22nd. Families who apply after this date will be notified within a few weeks following completion of the application.
